Head Operations – V4Legal

Presently heading the Operation for V4Legal, Ms. Kanojia has had an impressive qualification history- ranging from a degree in Commerce to LLB, a Diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution System, IPR and Post Graduate Diploma in MBA. Well-versed in the study of law, Manisha has also undergone intensive training for six months in United States Laws and Court Procedures and has executed legal research in USA laws and litigation support.

Manisha is proficient in effectively managing and executing document review and legal research projects, and has also been responsible for successfully completing all the document review projects of a Patent Infringement Lawsuits.

The 360 Legal Group is a specialist business that works exclusively with law firms, to assist them to ‘Get Work’, ‘Save Costs’ and ‘Restructure’. Working on a retained basis and at a strategic level, we deliver solutions to law firms, individual and corporations alike; whereby they realize the benefits of consortium working and cost reduction partners that enable them to realize the economies of scale normally only enjoyed by much larger organizations. We deliver our services through ‘Membership’, ‘Events’ and ‘Consultancy’. Working with V4Legal, we can deliver high quality competitively-priced legal and business support products.

We have 650 member law firms, of whom we work on a regular basis with around 200. As well as our head office team, we have 48 consultants nationally across a full range of business disciplines and we are now set up in Scotland, supporting the legal industry there, with the patronage of the Scottish Law Society.

Chief Executive Officer – The 360 Legal Group

The 360 Legal Group is owned and managed by Viv Williams, who provides consultancy to law firms regarding their management, practice, development and marketing. Viv and his team currently consult with over 150 progressive law firms who are willing to embrace the challenges facing the profession.

Chief Operating Officer – The 360 Legal Group

Stephen is the director and shareholder of the Group. Originally practicing with two major city law firms, Stephen, went in-house, crossing the board table to manage two divisions of a major telecommunications company. Named in The Lawyer Magazine Hot 100, 2007 - Stephen now applies his business and legal skills to the legal services market.
